- Implement and maintain an effective filing system.
- Photocopy, bind and store all company documents.
- Frequently update contact details on the company database.
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered quickly, taking clear and accurate messages.
- Collect and distribute all incoming post and deliveries.
- Manage and book all outgoing post and couriers.
- Develop designs and layouts requiring theoretical and practical design.
- Assure that work complies with the accuracy level and time constraints required for the assignment.
- Willing to assign in Sharjah and can start immediately.
- Salary to be discuss upon interview.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Can join immediately.
- Knowledge to read drawings.
- Graduate/Diploma with minimum 1 year of experience in the Interior Industry.
